BULLDOZER Mentality!

The ruling class and their bulldozer mentality bulldozing over everything and everyone, every other construction and development project within their range.

Giving power to persons or organisations that they pay to keep other persons in their place! Stopping people ruthlessly from making any progress in their lives, by keeping everything tightly under control.

But the problem is they don't have a lot of "Good company" at the top.

Giving way to persons less intelligent, cultured, intuitive than themselves; allowing them the privilege of favors, access to socialize with them and to share in the rewards of them shutting everything and everyone else out!

What does this create? A hierarchy of selfish, bigots accompanied by thugs, who mindlessly do anything they are asked of for the continued privilege of being able to access this world. At the high cost of doing all of the dirty work.

Very few persons make "it" in this world except those who already have made it!

Very few persons who are "allowed in" not in the class but associates are emotionally intelligent enough to realise the full power and value of this work and the real cost! Of having access to this highly esteemed society for the higher echelons. 

Preferring to feel more important, more important than their peers, because they have access to something that others don't.
