Cookie Munsters! 😡

I know I'm not the only one who finds these Cooking settings to be a real obstacle to progress and frustrating when every website and it seems most times, or every time you try to view any page the settings keep popping up and obstructing progress

Some of them are quite simple and don't involve much, whilst others have a long list of complex settings. With details of the subscribers or advertisers with individual settings for each. I get a headache sometimes, just looking at these pop ups before I've been able to even view the page to see if it's the actual company, service or product I was seeking.

Sometimes it's such a turn off that I really think that these pops ups are blocking progress entirely and turning away potential new customers. Especially when I'm not certain if I've been misdirected or clicked on the right link and then I'm being asked to adjust the settings. 

At least perhaps these intelligent programmers could still apply their required consent forms according to their legal obligations. Whilst also allowing a visitor a few minutes to view the page before this pop up interrupts. I notice that every website differs and some of them are programmed with a more favorable interface, some do not block the entire screen, some are not at all obstructive. Some of them are placed conveniently at the footnote section of the screen and are only requiring a gentle prompt.

And then most of all the issue seems to be repetitive as these Cookie setting don't seem to save at all! Every time I visit the page repeatedly even when I have already previously saved the settings and even when I have logged in to my own account. Is this supposed to keep on repeatedly happening, or is this a problem issue? Am I the only one who is being subjected to this constant Cookie Monster invasion?!
